Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shoelight. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we'll issue a refund or exchange the item for a different size or style. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
